Service Description
My ethos is to respect your personal pregnancy journey by focusing on your body’s requirements through each stage of pregnancy and post partum. Every pregnancy looks different and this means working together with consistent feedback, to keep you active safely as your pregnancy progresses. We work on honouring each trimester and working with your changing body and what it needs, whilst being mindful of any contraindications. We also focus on gearing your mindset to prepare for birth through the training strategies. You can work with me 1-1 or I can create a programme curated to you.
